TERMS & CONDITIONS
DRIVER`S LICENCE AND AGE : Everybody 21 years of age and carrying a valid Turkish or international Drivers License is eligible to use the car rental services.
RENTAL PERIOD : Minumum rental is 24 hours. Any rental period less than 24 hours also reguires, a whole day rate.
RATES : Unlimited km. Daily rate applies. No additional charge per km.
LONG TERM RENTAL : Our vehicles have a daily limit of 250 km. 50 krs fee is charged for mileage. Special rates and conditions apply for a minimum rental of 1 month. Rates are inclusive of all maintenance and third party insurance (up to legal limits), and exclusive of gasoline.
PAYMENT : Cash and Credit Cards are welcomed as methods of payment. No advance payment is required from the payers with credit card . İf Credit card is not to be used, an advance payment of minimum 500 Euros or TL equivalent is required at time of rental. Rental periods are calculated on 24 hours basis. In case of delay,1/3 rd of daily rate will be charged per hour of delay, and Total Daily rate will be charged for delays exceeding 3 hours.
INSURANCE AND ADDITIONAL DRIVER : Client will be liable for any damage incurred to the car due to accident. This liability can be waived with additional Motor insurance payment. However Collision Damage Waiver is void ; if the driver is under the influence of alcohol and drugs,and/or has passed the legal speed limits; if the damaged car and the Police Report on accident, alcohol use are not procured and delivered to the Angel Car Rental office within 48 hours after the accident ; if the damages from the accident are due to the misusage of the car, and are caused by gross negligence of the Client. If Motor Insurance Policy is declined, in case of theft of the vehicle; if the vehicle is found within 45 days, the renter is responsible to pay the rental charges up to the date the car is found. İf the vehicle is not found within 45 days, the renter is responsible to pay the current value of vehicle to ANGEL CAR RENTAL . If Motor Insurance Policy is bought, this insurance is void; if Police report, the keys and documents of the car are not returned to the ANGEL CAR RENTAL office within 48 hours. Reguest for permission for an additional driver should be made at the start of rental, otherwise insurance becomes void.
TRAFFIC FINES : Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period belongs to the renter. If the rented car is held off from traffic by the police, this period will be charged to the renter.
OTHER SERVICES : Cars can be rented with drivers and tourist guides. Angel Car Rental reservation can be made with economic prices through ANGEL CAR RENTAL Office.
ATTENTION! In case of accident please call +90 0252 316 38 48 - 316 36 13 . Please do not neglect getting Police and alcohol Report without changing the location of the car. Otherwise the insurance shall be accepted as invalid and the renter will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any damages and losses to the car as well as to third parties.
